Intertwining of cultures – Welcome to Macramè

The traditional Intercultural Festival, promoted by the Municipality of Alba - Foreigners' Service in collaboration with the "School Integration of Foreign Minors and Intercultural Education" Teachers' Group - UTS Alba, the "Società Solidale" Volunteer Service Center of Cuneo and the Alba Municipal Volunteer Council, returns again this year.

It begins in the afternoon, at 5:00 PM, in Piazza San Paolo, with "Parole in Festa," an entertainment event and stalls organized by Alba's comprehensive schools, high schools, and associations. This event enjoys the valuable collaboration of the "Società Solidale" Volunteer Service Center, the Alba Municipal Volunteer Council, and the Alba Langhe and Roero Social Welfare Consortium. The initiative also features readings aloud by the "G. Ferrero" Civic Library and is designed to foster encounters between cultures and generations through the direct involvement of students, teachers, and local organizations.

Following this, starting at 7:00 PM, will be held at the Self Service Comunale on Via Liberazione 5:Dinner with Dishes from Around the World"a sensory journey through diverse flavors and culinary traditions, in an atmosphere of sharing, curiosity, and mutual discovery.

A convivial closing that sums up the spirit of the entire event: being together, getting to know each other, building bonds.
