National Coordination of Italian Creative Cities

The National Coordination of Italian Creative Cities is the informal network of the 11 Italian creative cities: Alba, Bergamo and Parma for Gastronomy, Turin for Design, Biella, Carrara and Fabriano for Crafts, Bologna and Pesaro for Music, Rome for Cinema, Milan for Literature.

Meetings between the network cities take place every six months, and aim to share projects, best practices, needs and ideas. The group of 11 cities worked side by side to run the Pavilions of Creativity during the Annual World Meeting of Cities held in Fabriano in 2019.

The project is constantly evolving, with the desire to collaborate and promote together in order to be nationally recognized by government bodies and internationally within UNESCO, thus being able to bring the voice of the Italian Creative Cities to the highest levels.
