Experiential walk by Marco Sugliano
A walk symbolizing the evolution of life, each participant is guided through mindfulness exercises, focusing on the breath, and sensory listening, to explore their personal memory, working on memories and developing a deeper understanding of their present identity.
At the end, a small refreshment will be offered by the Civic Library in the Cortile della Maddalena.
Recommended age: 18+ - activity suitable for everyone, comfortable clothing, a hat and water are recommended.
