Lattes Grinzane Award
in the competition, Julia Deck with Ann of England (Adelphi, translated by Yasmina Melaouah), Mathias Enard with Deserting (and/or, translated by Yasmina Melaouah), Andrew Miller with The Land of Winter (NNE, translated by Ada Arduini), Andrew Porter with The Imagined Life (Feltrinelli, translated by Ada Arduini) and Clara Usón with The Beasts (Sellerio, translated by Silvia Sichel).
As part of the ceremony, Amitav Ghosh, winner of the 2026 Lattes Grinzane Special Prize, will give a keynote speech and receive the award.
Created in memory of Mario Lattes and curated by the Bottari Lattes Foundation, the Prize brings together Italian and foreign authors and is dedicated to the best fiction books published in the last year.
