The Milan-Cortina 2026 Olympic Flame arrives in Alba on January 11
On Sunday, January 11, 2026, Alba will welcome the Olympic Flame Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Games . The 35th stage will cross the city, starting at 9:30 a.m. from Piazza Sarti , passing through Viale Torino, Piazza Garibaldi, Via Cavour, and Piazza Risorgimento , with a brief stop in front of the Town Hall for greetings and the customary photos. The relay will then continue along Via Vittorio Emanuele, Piazza Michele Ferrero, Via Alberione, and Corso Michele Coppino, arriving and making a final stop of approximately thirty minutes at the Eni Station .
The ten torchbearers , accompanied by city authorities and representatives of Alba's sports world, will bring the energy and Olympic values of peace, brotherhood, and fair play . Mayor Alberto Gatto and Sports Councilor Davide Tibaldi invite citizens and sports associations to join them along the route to salute the Flame on its journey to the inauguration of the Games, scheduled for February 6 .
