The project, born from the collaboration between Alba Creative City for Gastronomy and Fabriano, a member of the UCCN Network for Craftsmanship, was supervised by the National Truffle Study Centre. In 2019, Fabriano took the stage at the Inauguration of the Truffle Fair with Piedmontese white gold thanks to Carifac'Arte, an instrumental company of the Carifac Foundation, which has manufactured the numbered bags and shoppers made of precious watermarked paper, used to carry the certified white truffles purchased on the opening weekends of the World Market. In order to boost territorial marketing and go further, it is important to focus on expertise, professionalism and communication, but above all it is necessary to create a network of synergies and relations to look further afield.And there could be no better partnership than with two world-renowned Italian excellences: the Alba White Truffle made more precious by a product of Fabriano's genius, watermarked paper. Both content and container, two valuable assets united by creativity.
