After completing her tour with her previous production, "Mary Poppins and the Deathly Hallows," which reached over 60 dates in Italy, and fresh from the success of "The Traitors Italia" and the announcement of her cast appearance in "LOL6" (Prime Video, 2026), Japanese-Brescia comedian YOKO YAMADA is embarking on a new tour, her first entirely theatrical, and is coming to Attraverso Festival with her new show, "Stellina Scintillina."
Yoko Yamada's show is a lucid but not overly so reflection on some questions that keep her awake at night: what do you do when you find out that your favorite writer is transphobic? And when you find out that your favorite actor harasses kids? What do you do when you find out that the painter you love was a racist?
Between uncomfortable questions, children's birthday parties, GPT Chat, and hordes of salmon, Yoko navigates current affairs with intelligent irony, unafraid to desecrate even some of the traditions we consider untouchable.
