We live in an age of gratitude at all costs. We need to be positive, centered, connected to the universe, happy even when we don't feel like it. Antonio Ornano says enough. And he does it with a laugh. In this new monologue, the Ligurian comedian (a familiar face from Zelig, Colorado, and Gialappa Show) uses his cutting wit to debunk the myth of perfection at all costs, ironically describing the frailties, contradictions, and small daily miseries that make us, quite simply, human. This isn't a celebration of pessimism, but an invitation to remove the mask of the obligatory smile and see ourselves for who we truly are: imperfect, behind the world's dictated pace, and for this very reason, authentic.
