Exhibition of artists united for Gaza
During the bookstore's opening hours.
From Friday, July 10th to Wednesday, July 22nd, at the Milton Bookshop you can visit The Thread That Unites Us
Artists United for Gaza, a multi-venue exhibition curated by Casa Emma for the Cuneese Network for Palestine.
Together with Rete Cuneese per la Palestina, VIS – Volontariato Internazionale per lo Sviluppo, Heart of Gaza and
our friends at Spazio Dom, the exhibition gives voice to the children of Gaza through their drawings and the
artistic expression of Zest in the Attic, B Collage, HalloBaums and Sumisura.
In the bookstore's courtyard, drawings by children from the Heart of Gaza project are on display, testimonies of dreams, fears, and
hopes that are spreading around the world.
Among the bookstore's shelves, you can discover works donated by HalloBaums, Zest in the Attic, and B
Collage, while in the window is a unique work by Sumisura, which will be
auctioned off starting Sunday to support the Juzoor school in Palestine.
Visits are free and accompanied by music by Nūär.
