Presentation of the book "Psychoanalysis and Rock - On the Trail of Trauma" by Vittorio Gonella, published by Alpes Italia in 2025 and winner of the Gherardo Amadei Prize "Blowing the Dust Off Psychoanalysis" - 2026 Edition. Through a series of stories inspired by the biographies and discographies of great artists, from the Beatles to the Rolling Stones, from Jim Morrison to Patti Smith, from Bruce Springsteen to Neil Young, via Pink Floyd and The Who, the author constructs an original dialogue between human experiences, music, and psychoanalytic thought.
