Presentation of the 2026/2027 Theatre Season
8.30pm
The Alba City Council's Department of Culture presents the new 2026/2027 theater season to the public and the press: a rich and exciting program, aimed at offering the experience of live theater as a concrete opportunity for cultural enrichment for the city.
The Councilor for Culture, Caterina Pasini, will unveil the program and its titles. The new season will offer a selection of performances ranging from classics to contemporary works, always prioritizing quality and variety.
After the presentation, the stage will be taken by the well-known actress Cinzia Leone with the show “Mamma sei sempre nei miei pensieri. Spostati!”, written together with Fabio Mureddu (who also directs it).
A witty and captivating show about "motherhood" and the conditioning of the umbilical cord. Through a corrosive comedy that draws on the paradoxes of everyday life, Cinzia Leone is constantly interrupted by her mother's phone calls, prompting her to comically retrace the evolution of the maternal figure from the primordial era to the present. A true stage animal, ready to give the audience an experience full of energy and emotion.
