Formre, galin-e e òche…
5:00 p.m. – Sala M. Abbado
Two acts in Piedmontese
, written and directed by Oscar Barile,
with actors from the Il Nostro Teatro di Sinio
. How has the status of women and their relationship with men changed over time? Through the perspectives, stories, and family histories of several female figures, the comedy explores in a light-hearted and entertaining way the evolution of this bond through different eras and environments. An ironic and insightful reflection, with special attention to women's perspectives, it was also conceived with the specific intent of debunking and reversing a famous popular proverb: "fomre, galin-e e .che... o vanta avaine pòche." A performance in the Langhe dialect, combining tradition, laughter, and intelligent insight.
