With Via con me - Omaggio a Paolo Conte , the Fossano Musica Foundation pays tribute to one of Italy's greatest singer-songwriters: Paolo Conte. A poet of the everyday, a painter of atmospheres, and a composer of elegant and visionary writing, Conte's songs blended jazz, chanson française, tango, swing, and cinematic influences, creating an unmistakable and captivating musical universe. Conceived by Enzo Fornione and enhanced by original arrangements by Sergio Chiricosta, the project respectfully and creatively revisits some of Conte's most famous and beloved songs: Sotto le stelle del jazz , Gelato al limon , Boogie , Diavolo rosso , Max , and, of course, Via con me .
On stage, an ensemble of exceptional musicians—composed of teachers and collaborators of the Foundation—brings to life a refined and engaging show, in which musical care combines with a subtle and evocative narrative, capable of conveying all the magic of Paolo Conte's world. An evening to be transported by the music and the words, amidst irony, melancholy, and nocturnal visions, "Come, come, come away with me..."
