This title is also a bit of a political program or, if you like, a philosophical (or funkosophic) vision of the world. The idiomatic meaning, linked to the Funk philosophy and personal liberation, is: "Free your mind and your body will follow" (or "you will let go"). After 2025's Crescent City Funk, another project dedicated to funk (and soul) featuring the Paolo Bonfanti Band, the prestigious Fratelli Lambretta brass section, and two prestigious guests: Alex Nicoli on drums and Silvia Ivaldi on vocals.
