Things to do in Alba: events, exhibitions, and more
VisitAlba is the official portal for discovering what to do in the city. It brings together the best of culture—events, exhibitions, shows, and places to experience—with a clear calendar: search by date or interest and don't miss anything.
On Sunday, January 11, 2026, Alba will welcome the Olympic Flame to the Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Games. The stage will cross the city, starting at 9:30 a.m. from Piazza Sarti, passing through Viale Torino, Piazza Garibaldi, Via Cavour, and Piazza Risorgimento, with a brief stop in front of the Town Hall.
Alba will be the Italian Capital of Contemporary Art 2027
With the "Le fattori del vento" project, inspired by Pinot Gallizio, Alba becomes the Italian Capital of Contemporary Art 2027: an award from the Ministry of Culture that rewards a program capable of uniting creativity, participation, and the local area, with lasting effects on culture, the economy, and the community.
