Ferrero Foundation

The Piera, Pietro and Giovanni Ferrero Foundation (based in Alba ) was founded in 1983 as the Ferrero Social Work and has been recognized as a non-profit foundation 1991. It is chaired by Maria Franca Ferrero and embodies Michele Ferrero : to ensure continuity, even after retirement, in the appreciation of those who have contributed to the company's growth, in the spirit of that " family feeling " that fosters trust and social responsibility.

In 1972 , with the first seniority awards "Ferrero Elders" community was born . Every year, at the end of June , the Awards Ceremony celebrates employees with 25, 30, 35, and 40 years of service. The motto "Work, Create, Donate" sums up the vision: dignity of work, creativity oriented to the common good, and the free and unreserved donation of skills, time, and experience.
