Let's stop it! For the use of AI in biotechnology

The narrative surrounding the plant world has exploded in recent years: plants that heal or poison us, that bring us serenity or anguish, anorexia and bulimia. Vegetarian, vegan, raw food, and fruitarian movements. And then there are pesticides, agrochemicals, natural remedies, and agriculture with increasingly vague terms of endearment: organic, biodynamic, conventional, integrated, sustainable, and synergistic. Over all this hovers the intervention of genetics applied to agriculture with disturbing names (genetically modified organisms) or welcoming and familiar ones (TEA, assisted evolution techniques). What if we tried to talk about it without preconceptions to understand what we eat, how we dress, and how we care for ourselves?
